Background: Jari Koister has a deep technical foundation in software engineering and computer science. He has led product research teams at organizations such as Hewlett-Packard Labs and Ericsson and held senior software development roles at high-growth startups including Commerce One. Jari has served as a technology and product executive at leading global firms such as Salesforce, Oracle, Twitter, and FICO. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Kantar Insights, a global leader in brand marketing analytics.

Education: Ph.D. in Software Engineering and Computer Science, Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm; M.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science, Stockholm University.

Background: Ms. Khan is a U.S. qualified lawyer, serial entrepreneur, and globally recognised strategy leader with more than 25 years of experience across government, investment, technology, and emerging-market ecosystems. She brings a unique blend of legal, regulatory, investment, and public-sector expertise, having held senior advisory, entrepreneurial, and executive roles across the Middle East, the United States, and global multilateral institutions.

She has served as a leader and advisor within Saudi government institutions, including roles in investment and sports-economy strategy, helping drive major economic and policy initiatives — attracting foreign direct investment, developing regulatory frameworks, and building public-private partnerships.

Independence: Independent director.

Background: Nordic business executive. Career includes senior positions at Enskilda Securities, ABG Sundal Collier and ICA Gruppen, and former Chairman of Motion Display.

Education: Economics degree, University of York.

Background: Ebrahim Laher is the founder of White Pearl Technology Group. With over 25 years of experience spanning the evolution of the Internet and technology’s impact on society, he guides businesses through growth, innovation, and market adaptation in an era of digital transformation. Under his leadership, WPTG has expanded its reach across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, delivering ICT solutions and system integration services.

Background: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Post Graduate Diploma. He has 12 years’ experience with International Banks in Capital Market advisory services at Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC & Citibank. Specialises in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and corporate advisory.

Background: Previous experiences as Managing Director of Metrofile (Pty) Ltd and Divisional Director of EOH (Pty) Ltd. Metrofile (Pty) Ltd is listed on the South African Stock Exchange. Based in South Africa.

Background: Oscar Carling has a background in finance, sales, and executive management across both public and private sectors. He most recently served as CEO of Spotr Group, a tech company listed on Nasdaq First North, and previously as CEO of Adligo, as well as senior roles within investment banking, including Head of Corporate Sales at Mangold Fondkommission. He has experience as an advisor, buyer, and seller in M&A transactions across private and public markets. Oscar studied economics at Uppsala and Umeå universities.

Vice President, Investor Relations since March 2025. CIO since December 2025.

Background: Experiences from leading digital transformation, solution architecture, and strategic technology initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for 25+ years. Previously held executive positions at OTT/WPTG AB, Al Moammar Information Systems, and EOH International, building high-performance teams and driving significant revenue growth.

Education: PG Diploma in Strategic Management – Damelin Management School; PG Diploma in Management (Business Administration) – Wits Business School; BA – Rand Afrikaans University.

Background: A senior executive with over 25 years of experience leading and scaling technology-driven and consulting organisations in complex, high-performance environments. He has held C-level and executive roles, including Acting CEO, COO, and Deputy CEO, with full responsibility for strategy, operations, people leadership, and business development. Tobias brings strong expertise in organisational growth, operational excellence, and M&A execution.

Background: Extensive experience in business development and entrepreneurship. Over 30 years in the IT and management sector, driving and leading initiatives across North America and Europe. Previously held executive positions at IBM and Acando. Founder and CEO of several Swedish IT companies.
