This page explains how our company is doing, in plain words. If you want the full detail, every report is linked below.
We are a Swedish technology group. We own 44 companies in 24 countries, with 925 technology experts working for us.
Our companies build and run software, cloud systems and AI for large organisations, such as banks, governments and hospitals.
We buy good technology companies. We help them grow. Then we connect them, so each company can sell to the other companies’ customers. That is how the group grows faster than one company could alone.
These are our real numbers from 2025 and the start of 2026. Each one is explained in plain words.
Revenue — the money customers pay us.
EBITDA — our profit before we pay interest, tax, and the cost of equipment wearing out.
Profit per share (EPS) — the profit divided by the number of shares. It shows what one
share earned.
Interim report — an update on our results, published every three months.
You can buy our shares in two places:
• Sweden — Nasdaq First North Growth Market, Stockholm. Ticker: WPTG B
• United States — OTCQX Best Market. Ticker: WPTGF
We publish our full results every three months. You can read all of them here.
