What we do

We are a Swedish technology group. We own 44 companies in 24 countries, with 925 technology experts working for us.

Our companies build and run software, cloud systems and AI for large organisations, such as banks, governments and hospitals.

We buy good technology companies. We help them grow. Then we connect them, so each company can sell to the other companies’ customers. That is how the group grows faster than one company could alone.

Money we earned in 2025

That is 65% more than we earned in 2024. More customers bought from us, and we bought more companies.

Profit in 2025 (EBITDA)

SEK 86.1M

For every 100 kronor we earned, 16.9 kronor was profit before interest and tax. That is 72% more profit than 2024.

Profit per share in 2025

SEK 2.40

In 2024 it was SEK 0.82. So the profit for each share almost tripled (up 193%).

First 3 months of 2026

SEK 143.7M

That is 45% more than the same 3 months last year. So we are still growing this year.
